We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you may request a return within 3 days of receiving your item.

To qualify for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging, in the same condition as when they were received. Please have your order number or proof of purchase ready.

To begin the return process, email us at hello@renttheroutine.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method minus the original and return shipping costs.
