All costumes, including any accessories, must be returned to RTR by the final day of your rental period. Please contact us via Instagram or email (hello@renttheroutine.com) to receive the correct return shipping address.

Costumes are shipped in secure packaging to protect them during transit. We ask that all items be returned using the same or similar protective packaging to ensure safe delivery back to us.

Customers are responsible for choosing and covering the cost of their return shipping method. A tracking number must be provided once the return has been sent.

If the costume is not returned by the agreed-upon due date, a late fee of $10 per day will apply until the item is received. If you need more time, you may request an extension before your rental period ends. Extensions are not guaranteed and will be reviewed case by case.

Failure to return items may result in additional charges and recovery action. Please return costumes on time to avoid any penalties.
